November 18,2024 we had our new roof installed. The crew arrived approximately 1 hour later then scheduled to arrive, due to a flat tire. We were concerned that the roof would not be able to be completed that day due to the fact that it was suppose to rain later that day. The crew started shortly after 8 a.m. with shingle removal, new D-Edge, 2 rows of Ice and Water Barrier,and roof felt installed by noon. The shingles started to be installed at 12:30 p.m. and by 4 p.m. all shingles, ridge vent and clean up was completed. One of the crew members even helped us with reinstalling our heated bird bath. We enjoyed the music they were playing. Dave (project manager) checked all the work out and the clean-up to make sure that it was done to his satisfaction. Based on the timely manner everything got done and the hard working crew and the project manager, we would recommend this company and crew to anyone that needs a new roof.
Steven Brabant showed up when he said he would. Was very polite, and efficient, and had the roof repaired in no time at all. It’s was a pleasure working with Overhead Solutions.
We’ve had a great experience working with Ben from Overhead Solutions so far. Our roof hasn’t been completed yet, but Ben has been excellent to work with throughout the process. He’s been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and has answered all of our questions. He’s made everything easy and stress-free with no pressuring. Looking forward to seeing the finished roof!
