“VernKummer plumbing sent out Tony to inspect an outdoor faucet, a lower level shower head and upper bath sink slow drain..he was knowledgeable and professional..he was honest and never attempted to sell us anything we didn't need..for example..the outdoor faucet leak was due to not tightening the knob..he could have said we need a new knob or faucet..HE DIDN'T..same with the lower level shower head..there was no need to do anything at this time..as for the upper bath sink..WOW. what I thought was a simple clog was a major find the culprit and clear it..Tony persevered until he found the clog deep down the drain pipe..in the basement..Cleared the clog..imagine 60 years of soap scum and hair from sink and tub causing a 99% pipe drain clog...Thank you, Tony and VernKummer plumbing..“
