I called Mike to ask about scheduling an appointment to scope a outside sewer drain line to determine the location of a break. Very professional and actually suggested using another company to do the scope due them having the repair capability. I would love to give him my business and will call him in the future, if I need that service, but he placed his customer service over money/profit in my situation. Thank you Mike!
