The customer service is fantastic. I came home last night to water on my basement floor and the water heater out. And I called the next morning and John was at my house by 8:00 am and he had a new water heater installed about an hour later. He is very friendly, personable and does fantastic work! I would highly recommend Bern Kummers’s Plumbing!
We needed work done and we had the most wonderful plumber! His name was Chad. Excellent work, very friendly and patient! He was even training someone and it showed how efficient he was by his attitude to the new employee. If you need a plumber, this is the place to get someone who cares about their work. If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would!
We have an old home (over 100 yrs old) with a heavy old cast iron farm sink with faucet thru the back. It had to be removed to fix the pipes in the wall, we needed a new faucet in bronze that had to be special ordered. He did an excellent job, he had the whole thing completed within a week. We would recommend him to any one, especially to the people who have older homes. He was always on time, courteous and easy to work with.
