“They literally saved me & my pipes! This is not the 1st time we've called them & they instantly came running, but it was in the middle of the night this time! I can't even believe people this good & caring are still in this world, honestly their service is unmatched. They have gone above & beyond the call of duty, they're incredibly knowledgeable, and seem like they'd give the shirt off their backs. Usually we had a *Justin* but, today the job called for him & his master plumber brother (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch to thank). I really can't say enough about how this is not the 1st time Rollie's saved my day, but repeatedly, they jump to help. I also need to mention how inexpensive they were. I feel like anyone else would charge double or triple what I paid. We're extremely fortunate to have them serving our community, having helped us personally in southern Door County & now today in the city of Luxemburg. A++++++ guys!!!!!“

“Chad Smith (Smith Bros.) has done a lot of work in our home during our remodeling process. He moved all of the water and sewer lines during a master bath remodel, from the top down because the basement below was finished. He did an amazing job. Chad has plumbed our pool pump, replaced sink plumbing, you name it, he can do it. Appreciate the fast service in order to make everything less stressful on the customer.“

“They were AMAZING! We called late Saturday afternoon because our water pressure was at zero!

They were here right away! They replaced the Status box but the pump still didn’t work. They took the well cap off and found shorted wires so they put the old Status box back on and the pump system worked normal.

Highly responsive, honest and don’t overcharge.

“Had a septic tank pump failure on a weekend with water backing up into the basement. Called Timmar and they were there within an hour. Pumped out tank and water was gone from basement. Also recommended who to call to replace the pump. Great service!“
