From the pre‑work where they figure out the best system for a home to the AC install, every step is easy, smooth, and pleasant. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. They explain everything clearly and go above and beyond to take care of every detail. The before and after pictures show a transformation and meticulous attention to detail. Customers praise the install team and electrician for being informative, skilled, and quiet. They clean up after themselves, laying down floor covering and leaving the space tidy. A Tech was available within 24 hours when a heater conked out, was prompt, super professional, and had the heat back on in about half an hour. The company offers a heat pump added to existing furnace and ductwork, providing year‑round comfort and extra green in the pocket. All members are personable and professional, treating everyone, including pets, with kindness. Customers are happy with the work and highly recommend Premier Mechanical & Electric for reliable, top‑notch service.

Had a fantastic experience this week.
Premier mechanical electric installed a much needed heat pump with furnace combination after a well informed conversation from Premier Mechanicals comfort consultant.
I have lived in .y home for a few years now and have tired of the crazy propane costs in the winter and uncomfortable heat in the summer. Looking forward to the year round comfort, extra green in my pocket while doing my part for mankind. Lol!
The install team and electrician were very informative, skilled and surprisingly more quiet than expected. May not live in a palace, but they treated like one laying down floor covering and cleaning up after themselves.
