Review for Bassett Home Heating, Inc.: In early February of 2022, John Bassett of Bassett Home Heating, Inc., the representative of the family-owned and operated heating and cooling company, responded when I asked for an estimate to remove an old gas furnace and install a new gas furnace and an air-conditioner in its place. John showed up on time and discussed the project in detail. Apparently the installation of our heat pump was more complicated than most. We had two other HVAC companies tell us it was too challenging for them. But John and David were easy to work with and able to handle our requirements. Installation went well and the team was really pleasant.
