I had the opportunity to work with this team during a home purchase in Elk, WA, and they were fantastic. The property needed roofing and fascia work before closing, and they went above and beyond by rearranging their schedule to accommodate our tight timeline.
Their communication was excellent, the quality of their work was outstanding, and they understood how important meeting contractual deadlines is in a real estate transaction. Thanks to their flexibility and professionalism, we were able to keep the transaction moving toward a successful closing.
As a Spokane mortgage broker, I truly appreciate working with local contractors who understand the importance...read full review
The entire Palmer Construction Team was wonderful to work with. Jennifer and Sabrina's communication was the best I have ever experienced in the construction industry. Gill was able to educate us far beyond our roof. They are true professionals. I would highly recommend them for roofing, siding, or framing needs in Spokane, Wa. Thank you Palmer Construction for taking care of our roofing needs!
Holy cow daniel you are the man!
So I started last week and had a roof repair and gutters put on and siding all put on. They busted out the roof in two days and then got the old siding ripped off and then put up brand new hardy board with new facia around the windows and garage. Stayed right on budget super respectful crew they set a time to be there and were there and left at a certain time only asking to stay past that time one time to finish something they didnt want leave unfinished over the night.
I recommend this crew and there work
I still want a damn sign though so I dont have to talk to people and tell them who did the work.
