Beautiful job done by hard efficient workers. New roof is beautiful. Everything cleaned up afterwards. Can’t say enough about their work ethic. On time everything as promised! Can’t wait for the gutters we added on.
New roof looks great. Started with the sales rep/project manager, Vitaly, and the on site supervisor, Beau. They coordinated everything to keep things running smoothly and on schedule. The whole process of tear off, new roof installation and clean up was very professional. Crew worked very hard and did a great job. Also, the new gutters look great. Installer coordinated with roof crew and came on Sunday to install gutters prior to shingle installation so gutter straps would be under shingles. Very professional job all around. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend Bartlett to anyone needing roof services!
After moving into our new place we discovered a roof leak. Dave Norton responded quickly to our home and found the problem. A cracked vent. Upon further inspection, Dave found multiple vents were cracked and various section of the roof shingles were either done wrong or becoming unserviceable. Dave was very helpful in explaining all of the issues and even covered the vents to prevent leakage (at no cost) while we figure out our next steps will be.
