Claud, the installer... I cannot say enough about how skilled and professional he is. Very nice young man and just did such a good job. We had questions about the plumbing on the first day and Donna sent out Bob in the morning of the second day. He was great and he explained everything. My biggest fear was plumbing leaks and not because they didn't do a good job,.. just worried in general about new plumbing. No leaks so far and we are happy about that. He responded immediately and sent Michael out the next day who determined the parts to fix my valves were obsolete and no longer available. “The crew was pleasant and professional. Any delays were due to road closures or weather. They helped me with my plan and site preparation. When they hit huge bolders for the footings, they rented a large jack hammer to break the boulders. I was kept informed at every juncture. Clean-up after construction was excellent. This is the second building I have had built by this firm. It is obvious by other post that few people have worked construction.“
