WE HAD A FLOOD IN OUR BASEMENT OVER THE 4TH OF JULY. RESTORATION 1 CAME TO OUR RESCUE AND WERE SO WONDERFUL IN HELPING US WITH THE WATER DAMAGE IN 5 ROOMS. THE TEAR OUT TEAM Michael and Zachary and many others were professional and efficient and treated our home with such respect. The abatement team Brandon, Sky , Nate and Dennis were fabulous and worked very hard at removing all the flooring and kept us informed daily as to the progress of their team. Brittany the lead has been kind and keeping us informed all along and helped us with the insurance. We couldn't be more impressed with this team , Thank you everyone at Restoration 1. Hayden O was called to a job for water damage. This home was listed on the market and I am the buyers agent. The claim is with the seller so more complicated and Hayden did an excellent job of following the guidelines but also was very helpful for this complicated situation.
