They offered both epoxy and polyurea coatings and discussed the pros and cons of both...we elected to go with polyurea for a 3 car garage and the price was way better than their competitor in the area offering polyurea. We were able to add color chips to one of the standard samples they have on hand to give it a more customized feel. Devon came out right away to provide the quote and he was very informative and easy to talk with. The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. “Envirocheck performed mold testing and remediation for a punctured waste drain line. I did experience some frustration in obtaining a bid and getting the work scheduled. I feel the majority of the actual remediation was done in a fast, friendly efficient manner, however I was unhappy with the work done in the crawl space area.
