“I first used Creekside Construction when I had three trees fall on the roof and also on the deck of my home in 2021. My insurance company while not making any specific recommendations told me this was one of the companies they have worked with, and which has had positive results.I conducted research and after seeing many positive reviews I decided to call them. One of the owners, Dave called me back immediately and even though they were inundated due to many homes in our area suffering damage due to a windstorm, had work crews at my house the next day. All damage was repaired, and a new deck was built pretty quickly.During the construction, Dave educated me on the different types of decking materials, rail types, etc. Dave saved us money by explaining what we could do to minimize costs and the job was completed in a reasonable time by professional tradesmen.In 2023, we again hired Creekside Consruction to rebuild an in-law unit. This unit has a kitchen and bedrooms. Brennan and Brandon responded and after explaining what needed to be done drew up a sketch/plans and showed my wife and I how we could maximize the space we had based on our budget. The cost and timeline of the project was given, and we hired them.The unit was eventually gutted and rebuilt which included heating being installed. The job consisted of electrical work, plumbing, drywall, texturing, painting, baseboards, and flooring being needed.During this time, Brennan and Brandon kept us informed, told us when sub-contractors would be coming (all top notch/ professional) and answered any questions we had which were many. The job was completed on time and the costs were in the range they quoted. We love the unit.Dave, Brennan, Brandon and the entire crew working with them are knowledgeable, professional and kind persons. Our experience was great and I would highly recommend this company. We will definitely hire them again as we have many more jobs on this old Hayden home!“

“As I write this review, I'm watching Nick, Reuben and their crew finish up our asphalt driveway for our home and shop. There were lots of radius turns, elevation changes and they even faced a little rain fall during the job. Nevertheless, they handled it like pros and were able to get the job done on time and at the price we agreed. If you are looking only for the cheapest asphalt contractor, PNW Dirtworks and Paving are not for you. With multiple bids, they were in the middle of the pack, but provided OUTSTANDING value for what was received. Meaning, they offer a fair price for high quality service and knowledge which is reasonable as a consumer. Let me reinforce that statement by commenting on the number of asphalting contractors that have a phone and a desk, but little in the way of actual equipment, knowledge and experience to get the job done right the first time. I have no reservation recommending them to anyone who would ask for the best local asphalt contractor for their paving needs.“
“Had the pleasure of working with Wise Choice Construction on replacing outdoor deck stairs that had fallen into disrepair. The replacement stairs, new footings/pad were well beyond my expectations. “Sean was right on time, very professional, quickly found the leak in our main water line (outside). It turned out to be related to the frost free hose hydrant in our yard. The plunger needed adjustment to create the seal and stop the leaking, and he was able to do that. All of it was within the first hour charge, so we were thrilled at the outcome. He is so honest and his prices are fair (and better than the other place we called.) Most places that say they offer leak detection do so only indoors. We will definitely refer anyone needing this service to him!“
“I’m not sure I can say enough here about how pleased I am with the work that Lance Agnes Construction did remodeling my master bathroom. He was professional and his attention to detail went above and beyond. I wasn’t staying at the house while the work was being done but he communicated with me daily and sent me pictures to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. “Kaden and Kendyl did a great job. I had them do a SLAB JACKING job to my garage floor and I was very nervous at first, but they were slow, steady, explained what they were doing the entire time. My unease went away and the results came out just fine. Water now flows out of my garage like it's supposed to. So why was I nervous? Kaden is 17. His coworker is his older sister Kendyl. His Dad owns the business. After talking to Kaden for about 10 minutes before he started, I realized he has several years of experience and seems to know his stuff. His Dad trusts his work enough to send him out on his own. Parents don't set their kids up for failure, especially in their own business. Once Kaden and Kendyl completed the first section, I knew all was well and they really do know what they are doing. I would certainly recommend them. Their experience is beyond their years.“
