Met, Chuck Mullenix, President at a neighbors where crew was on a job. He gave me business card and said to call Wendy for estimate appt. Spoke with Wendy who was polite and professional and set up Appt. with Marc to come out. Marc came out, we discussed job. He was knowledgeable and measured up the job, answered all questions and presented Bid before leaving. Called Wendy to Schedule, she was able to schedule crew to come out in a couple days. Crew of Neal and Sean called en route to jobsite and showed up at scheduled time. They were both friendly, polite, efficient. They completed the job and cleaned up in no time. Marc and Wendy were fantastic. Third time in the last 18 years I have used Spokane Rain Gutter and they never disappoint. Communication, call backs, showing up on time. Cannot ask for a better contractor experience. House looks great and thank you.
