They were all so nice and informative. Even with the possibility of Cancer. From the front desk to the young lady to get me ready for the Dr., to how well she explained everything and asked if I had any questions. Even when she took a sample she kept asking if I was ok. For an older lady that I am, almost 70 I felt very well cared for and I understood everything.
Enjoyed my visit here recently. The office is in a nice building conveniently located at the junction of I-5 and I-205. It has a ton of parking spots under shade trees. Looking forward to returning!
The nurse was very helpful. The doctor was professional and I didn't suffer any pain. The waiting time between surgical samples was surprisingly short. When my stitches were removed the nurse was very careful and made it painless. Thanks to doctor Casale my scar has become invisible.
