My grandmother has used this service for decades. The owner John has always been open, honest, and punctual when it comes to helping our family.
The other day we ran into an issue with my grandmother’s air conditioning before an upcoming heatwave, we naturally called John first. Unfortunately he was under the weather with COVID so we made the unfortunate mistake of calling another specialist. Honest and fair pricing. Gary called me back and squeezed me at the end of the day during a heat wave. Other companies weren't taking messages nor calling me back. It was a simple fix due to my own error. They were honest and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. When it comes time to replace the unit, I'm calling them.
