“First of all, the salon is BEAUTIFUL. I had a pretty weird emergency. But I haven’t been to a hair salon in 6 or 7 years… Somehow I developed a single dreadlock on the back of my head. After trying to get it out myself for 2 days, I called this salon, they got me in the same day! Nichole S. assisted me and she was amazing. I was really stressed about it, but she was insistent on being able to get it untangled, while having good conversation, calming my nerves, and offered a lovely wash and blow dry.
