This is an outstanding professional hair salon that is caters to Black hair, located in Vancouver WA. All kinds of services areprovided including but not limited to blow outs, braids, perms microblading, highlights and hair dye. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming.

I had a great haircut at Tilly’s Hair and Nails Salon. It was easy to make my appointment online. Wendy Solberg is my stylist, my cut is exactly what I wanted! I have mobility issues and the shampoo bowl was comfortable and accessible. Wendy listened as I explained what I wanted and delivered. I’ll be back!

A woman at Costco had these beautiful braids in her hair. I asked her, "Who did her hair?" She whipped out a card and said. " Her name is Tilly, and here's her contact info."Long story short. A week later, Tilly and her assistant gave me the best salon experience and beautiful cornrows. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. Thanks Tilly
