Got the haircut experience I've always wanted with Kelsey. She listened to me, asked questions, and she gave me a haircut that was absolutely fully customized to my hair and my face and my lifestyle. I am now a full believer in a dry haircut!!! She took the time to shape each of my waves, and I felt like I was watching my hair come to life. And then she worked with me until we got the face-framing bits of my hair just right. Walked out feeling fabulous, and I'm already excited for my next cut with her

After having read several reviews about all the different salons and their team of stylists, I felt most impressed with the reviews I read about Kelsey. We got along great at our consultation. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and she listened to what I wanted for my hair style. She is sweet and patient. I'm slowly transitioning to full grey - no more coloring hair! I'm so glad I decided to go with Kelsey. Communication is key. Sometimes when we go in we never know what we're going to do with our hair, short or keep it long? They normally don’t take walk-ins, but Kelsey was able to squeeze me in after her last client, and I am so grateful! I was visiting Vancouver from the Canadian Vancouver, and had the urge to chop my hair… I wanted a modern, inverted bob, and Kelsey took painstaking care to get it just perfect. She put some bendy waves in for fun. She was kind, smart, and a lovely human being to interact with. So glad I found her and this gorgeous salon!
