Doug and his manager are skilled technicians and have just the best customer service. I had a vendor install my hood incorrectly and I had Doug come out to take a look under warranty. He was patient and verified it was not a part problem. He offered to have his manager come out to look at it if the installers can’t figure it out. After a lot of back and forth with the other vendor, I finally reached back out to Doug and Appliance Hospital to see if they can help. Doug and his manager came out and fixed it in 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to hire them to fix any future appliance help!

Our service technician, Cody, was very professional and friendly for a warranty of our GE refrigerator. He diagnosed the problem, explained the cause, ordered the part, and returned to install it. The dispatcher calls the afternoon before the scheduled service and gives you a three hour repair window. The technician calls about 20 minutes before arrival. Overall a good experience.
