Dan is a very nice guy, we trust him completely. He examined both the crawl space and attic. Photos were taken and he reviewed what areas of concern he saw. Then went over what he recommended in detail so that we understand exactly what needed. Also showed price build up and options for us. Very satisfied with the whole process
