Insight Pest Control - Bremerton
“I absolutely love using Insight Pest Control! I’ve always had great experiences with their team, whether it’s for regular maintenance or last-minute visits. But today, I especially want to give a huge shoutout to JJ and his associate!
I recently had a sudden rat problem in my shed, and JJ was kind enough to fit me in early this morning to check things out and follow up on what had happened over the weekend.
He went above and beyond! Not only did he set up new traps, but he also helped me move things around, took the time to seal up holes where the rats could get in, and made sure everything was taken care of to help prevent them from coming back. He even educated me on what I should do moving forward and how to safely clean up the mess the rats left behind.
What I appreciated most was that JJ never made me feel rushed. He was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the problem taken care of.
I’m so happy with the work JJ and his associate did today and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you, JJ, for going the extra mile! This is exactly why I love Insight Pest Control and highly recommend them!”
