They're super good about communication - we called and they answered promptly, got us appts at the perfect time, sent us reminders to confirm, and it was easy to find. It's actually right next to one of our fav treat shops. The place was clean and spacious and had the specific products we wanted. The technicians were easy to chat with and really efficient.Absolutely we'll be back and we highly recommend Salon Retro! Especially Jo and Cyra!!“

“Was able to walk in with a friend and get manicures and pedicures while sitting next to each other. Quick service, relaxing leg massage, comfy massage chairs for pedicures. Manicures felt rushed and I was charged the same price for a manicure even though all she did was clip my nails and cut the cuticles. I didn't get any color and no massage. Also, my fingernails were different shapes and lengths, so I had to fix them when I got home.Overall a good experience but maybe making an appointment in advance helps allow the technician to plan more time to be diligent and attentive to detail. I would give it another chance.“

“Great experience! I gave them a chance after walking into another salon/spa right down the road and did not get greeted for 15+ minutes.The gentleman greeted me immediately and got me into a chair with Ana (I believe this was her name because it was on the equipment). She did a wonderful job. She paid close attention to everything, got my disgusting cuticles handled without issue. I got gel polish and she did 3 coats! The best part was when it was time to pay and it was $35. I have been taken advantage of in the past, but not this place. They do a good job for a great price. This is my 1st time in over 7 years getting my nails done and I was impressed.“
“I honestly, for a split moment, was nervous and almost wanted to turn around and leave as the last time I had a haircut, it was awkward - and two years ago. Mandi and the staff blew me away and made me feel instantly at ease with kindness and compassion. I had no clue what to get done, even though I needed it, but Mandi knocked it out of the ball park. Complimentary drinks? Yes please! You have a guest with you (I had my daughter and her fiancé)? No problem! They can be a part of the experience! 7 Wonders also caters to the transgender community which is HIGHLY important, as our needs for self-care and self-esteem are VERY important in our well-being. You folks did fantastic and made a regular out of me. So thank you! ?“

She is the most caring individual, with clients as well as her children. Her business is slowing down alot since her husband is not there.
