I have been getting my nails done consistently for almost 7 years now. I have high standards and know what different services are worth. I also bang my nails around a lot so sturdiness is important to me. After moving to Spokane this was the first place I tried. After that, I tried some more just to see what my options were. Well, I ended up back at Venus. They are the only salon that does a consistently good job and does not overcharge. There are so many micro-charges that new salons add on that are so ridiculous. I'm very new to getting my nails done. I went in asking for a fill after having them done elsewhere previously. Was informed that I would need them removed and redone to get the color/style I wanted. Totally fine! I appreciated the communication. I am so glad they did that because I am BLOWN AWAY by the difference in quality from this set and the last I got elsewhere! They look and feel so much better, are far less bulky, and the lady who did my nails listened so well to the shape and size I wanted.
