MultiCare Rockwood Main Clinic

After passing out during a blood draw, I was sent to the lab at the main clinic to complete my blood work. I was helped by Katelyn (Caitlin?), who was so caring and moved me to a bed to lie down while we did the blood draw. She talked to my husband and I the whole time, keeping me distracted with conversation and a sense of humor. By the time she asked how I was doing, she was already done. Maybe 5 minutes. Easily the best blood draw experience I’ve had in my life (which is weird to say)! The medical staff is outstanding and the office and lab staff are efficient and friendly. I needed to be seen and the Natalie who handles scheduling was so kind abd helpful - I really appreciated her effort on my behalf. The doctor was unavailable so she scheduled me with Clara Simpson ARNP and I was very happy to meet her. She helped me with my problem.

Rockwood... I'm sure you're fine. But this review is for Cheryl (who knows if I spelled that right). She works downstairs in imaging and she was the best. What a hoot! Fun and funny but still compassionate. Made me laugh and feel at ease. A+!! Keep her.
