The center is known for its warm and welcoming staff, from the parking attendant to the front desk personnel. The atmosphere is calming, with beautiful decor on the main floor. The center has a user-friendly system that makes visiting your doctor a more pleasant experience.
While the emergency area may have long wait times, a suggested improvement is to provide a QR code on the paper bracelets that would allow patients to see an estimated time until they are seen or their place in the queue. Overall, the center provides excellent care and service, with the parking attendant receiving a special mention for their exceptional service.
Well, I've never had a stroke but s couple of my friend have and they were very appreciative of Sacred Heart. They commented that all the staff, doctors, nurses, etc. were great and they felt they received excellent care. I have personally received Radiation for neck cancer at sacred heart. My primary Dr. Was awesome and everyone I met there were incredible. I was kept well informed and I had the sense that they really cared. After 7 weeks of radiation the cancer was obliterated. They did a good job and I am very grateful to them because they basically saved my life. Sacred Heart rocks!
Nurses and staff were very friendly but my dad didnt receive his breakfast tell1030 & his lunch was at 11.
We had asked 3 different people between 830-10 & they all check on it and said soon 😡I just went downstairs at 10:05 & bought him food!!!!
The Madison Inn across from Sacred Heart Hospital! Had to stay for medical reasons. My husband was in CICU and for about a month we stayed here. Its clean, cool, and really nice. The staff was great! Made some new friends. The manager Alecia was awesome! Coy in maintenance was great too! Both very helpful and friendly! Along with the rest of the staff! One thing i could say they need is a pool!
