Very grateful to have found a doctor who is willing to take the time to really hear you and get to know you. Everyone at the office was kind and compassionate. Dr. Nelson seems extremely competent and I now feel as though I have a great team to help me achieve my health goals.

Michelle at the front desk has a tendency to hang up on you when you ask to be transferred, if you ask her about it she’ll blatantly tell you it wasn’t her even though she answers the phone with her name. This isn’t the first instance and it’s incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to get things like prescription transfers handled that have to be done through the doctor’s office’s side and not the pharmacy’s side. It’s incredibly unprofessional.

Very nice courteous front desk staff., The Dr's assistant is very polite, and Dr. Nelson is caring, and listens attentively about my health concerns. I am very sure will be seeing him again in the near future.?☺️❤️
