I had been a long, long. Long patient here and to Suzanna Smith. She abandoned her patients, just abruptly closed the practice. She will not reply to repeated requests for hard copies of your file. If you were a patient with this clinic, file a complaint against your specific provider to the WA State Medical Board!!!

I have been a patient for years called to hear find the phone number was disconnected was an unacceptable way to find out your doctor's office closed. No notice to patients, just closed.

Wow called to establish care and the person that answered ( possibly Chelsea since that is what the recording said before my call was transferred) was very sarcastic and rude about their office not accepting new patients. Glad it didn’t work out because that is not someone I would like to speak to when having to call.
