Our house has two flat roof decks - one over the garage and one over the top floor to take advantage of the view. These roofs were leaking and I could see would be complicated to fix. So I wanted a professional job to make sure to protect the house. Four Seasons was one of four roofing companies I sought quotes from, and they were one of two that impressed me with their understanding of the challenges (I could see it all broken down in their quote) and one of the best prices of the four. (There was a lower price, but that company gave me a one-page quote with no details, and I didn't believe they appreciated what they were getting into. Long story short, the project turned out to be even more complicated than expected. A double layer of roofing was encountered on the high roof and fastened with double the amount of usual fasteners that took forever to tear off. Details around parapet walls, door to the house, roof hatch and access panel were complicated. But Four Seasons soldiered through. This job definitely deserved an increase in cost due to lots of unforeseen items, but Four Seasons were very hesitant to "stick it to me" and actually ate a lot of the extra, splitting the additional cost with me, which I acknowledged and really appreciated. That's why I write this, my second positive review for them. They were the perfect mix of professionalism and decency. I would use them again in a heartbeat. (But obviously, I hope I don't need to any time soon!!)
I had some wind damage at my home and the tiles were completely blown away. Four Seasons gave me a quote and then came out and replaced half of the roof. They do excellent work and even recommended installing some breathers for helping to keep the moisture out. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Four Seasons did a fantastic job on my roof. The salesman was professional and thorough. They came out and measured and showed me pictures of what my roof looked like and what it needed. Their price was reasonable and the work was quick. The crew was very professional and courteous. They took care with my plants and cleaned up the yard like they hadn't been there. My roof looks great and I have peace of mind!
