We first called Elite Roofing in January of 2022 when we had water leaking through our roof and into the electrical panel in the garage after a snowstorm. They came out right away, found the problem, and did a temporary fix to hold us over until the snow on the roof melted and a permanent repair could be done. As soon as the snow melted and we called them back, they were out and had it fixed within a day or two. When we were due for a roof cleaning this year, Elite Roofing was the first call I made. We had some work done by Elite about 14 months ago. We had a house inspection done and they found that there were some issues with the work not being completed. I called Elite, explained the situation and the next day a roofer came over, checked it out, agreed their mistake, fixed it, apologised. Things happen, people aren't perfect for whatever reason the work wasn't done right first time BUT Elite showed up fixed it the next day after I called them. You really know when a company stands by its customer service promise, it's when things go wrong. I am delighted with the service from Elite, I'd use them again and recommend them.

One of the best Contractor experiences I've ever had. Elite was on time, clearly assessd the problems on two rooves quickly and had both fixed in a surprisingly short period of time. The price was fair, the roofer sent to our home was delightful to work with, and was clearly well trained. Elite has my highest recommendation. I would hire them again without hesitation.
