Mike is great. A pleasure working with someone who has been in the tech/IT industry so long and knows what they're doing. He's so patient with a 'non-techy' person and explains things in an easy to understand way. Thank you Mike.

The help ticket was about two weeks old, they followed up with phone appt. The tech called on time; however, the ticket was already taken care of by onsite tech about a week earlier. I had another help ticket issued but unable to find one which was transferring a software license from the old computer to the new current desktop computer. The tech was kind and patient enough to deal with the issue. He deactivated the license from old computer and re-activated in current computer. The whole process took about 30 minutes. It was very helpful and appreciated.
