Richard was very professional. He took my PC in for repair and unfortunately my GPU was fried because I connected cables the wrong way. I got a new GPU and he installed it, made sure everything was running properly and even arranged other cables I had improperly connected and also cleaned up my PC. Everything was done in a timely manner, didn’t have to wait a long time like other places I got in contact with. Highly recommend.
