I have been very impressed with VTP service. The Representatives are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very earnest about monthly services on my system and set up times that are convenient for me. They have always responded quickly to questions.
My experience so far with Virtual Touch Pro has been extraordinarily helpful. Sam has been responsive, skillful, knowledgeable, and sensitive to situations in which I was quite concerned about loss of information on my computer-- or a confusing problem to solve. I definitely recommend their services, and I additionally suggest having a contract. It is a relief to have a professional to call on a regular basis with multiple issues and have them successfully resolved.
My Virtual Touch representative helped me decide if I needed a new computer, helped me select one, then spent a lot of time getting the information on my new computer in a form similar to what was on my old one. He also helped me sync some apps, passwords, picture files, anything I could think of that I needed help with. He was kind and patient and listened as well as talked. A very good experience overall.
