“I called them at 11 and Al showed up at 2pm. He explained the 2 possibilities why the dishwasher clogged (with 2in of water, despite cleaning the filter). He took the pump out and the bottom parts of the dishwasher, explained to my bf what he was doing, then determined that the drain line that goes behind the wall is clogged. So I need a plumber. He explained it's best to re plumb the drain line into the garbage disposal. So that's what I'll do! It wasn't cheap for 30min of service but it was worth it! Will use them again for sure (and ask for Big Al! He's like 7 ft tall!)“
