Further, Brian’s friendliness, patience, & transparency were unique qualities, and I felt very fortunate to have him conducting the inspections!

Brian was excellent to work with! He fit me in last minute and was happy to work with our builder's constraints. He was very professional and walked me through the entire inspection to prepare me for my pre-close walkthrough. For any other inspections, I will be returning to Brian!
