I've had my fair share of hair nightmares at various salons, so I research DEEPLY, and everyone I connected with here, from the internship ladies, to salon manager Yael, owner Audrey, as well as the stylists, were all truly genuine, down-to-earth people who cared about the clients. They answered every single question I had in a cheerful, candid way, no games or marketing-speak, zero pressure or data harvesting. I really appreciated them trusting me to show up for my appointment and not requiring access to my finances or credit card just to schedule.

I ended up arriving late, which I felt terrible for, but they were able to work around it that day and no one made me feel any worse than I already did. (I would have rescheduled without complaining!)
Katy was very candid, laid-back and lovely to talk to, she was very careful of my hair, checking in with me the whole time to make sure she didn't take too much off and we got the overall shape I was looking for. She's particularly good with long and medium cuts, which the other reviews support!

Overall, this place feels like walking over to your neighbor's little house in the country (with very stylish decor), it's rare to find an entire salon staff that's so much at peace and just being themselves, while also wanting to make their customers happy, and it shines out to the clients.

Truly above and beyond service from Audrey and the entire crew. I actually felt like they were being TOO nice to me, I'm so unused to anyone acting with pure integrity, after being in the city too long!

“We had a truly special experience for my daughter's first big girl haircut (4 y.o.)! From the moment we entered and Anna went out of her way to make sure we found the right entrance, she was warm and welcoming and allowed us have a great experience from start to finish. She walked my daughter through the steps of the haircut and helped her feel comfortable and chatted throughout the cut. She took the time to look at all my reference pictures and asked me questions to see what I liked and wanted, explaining what she was going to do. She gave me a great head massage while she washed my hair and then proceeded to skillfully cut my hair with a razor while talking about music, video games and books! “I’ve been going to Jacqueline for around four years. She’s seen me through short hair curly hair and now Long hair. She listens and offers a bit of insight but basically the customer gets what they ask for! I’ve bought products from her which I’ve gone on to use over the Years and learned that Amazon’s version can be a poor substitute! The most recent visit she finished my linger wavy hair with a blow out. I didn’t even know what that was but loved it! My hair was full and easy to maintain for a week! I’ll continue seeing Her and Evan plan on going back specifically for the blow out service! I had it done by another person in California and Can say Jacqueline really does superior work! She takes her craft seriously and continues in continuing education. 5 stars doesn’t seem like enough. Thanks Lady!!“

We were a more unique case, as we are a lesbian couple needing double bridal hair and make-up, but Arianna walked both of us through every aspect of the day and tried out multiple looks with each of us in our trials. I felt so beautiful on the day of my wedding and my wife looked absolutely stunning, and that is so largely in part thanks to Arianna. She was extremely flexible with our timing and very reasonably priced, making it an extremely easy decision for me and my wife. We could not recommend her more! “Sirena did a GORGEOUS job with the hair and make-up for my MIL, SIL, and groomswoman for our October wedding. Coordinating with her pre-wedding day was easy, as she was prompt in responses and was willing to work with some scheduling and location changes. She was prompt in showing up, listened to the visions/desires of the different clients, and her hair and make up work lasted the whole day and night. I was nervous about finding a HMUA for my in-laws, especially as they were getting ready at a different location, but Sirena was the right choice and I would highly recommend her work!“
