We had a truly special experience for my daughter's first big girl haircut (4 y.o.)! From the moment we entered and Anna went out of her way to make sure we found the right entrance, she was warm and welcoming and allowed us have a great experience from start to finish. She walked my daughter through the steps of the haircut and helped her feel comfortable and chatted throughout the cut. She provided my younger daughter with a puzzle and treats to keep her occupied as well! She also gave me a totally unexpected haircut keepsake and set of photos for us to treasure. 10/10 recommend Anna and will be repeat customers forever!
Anna takes such care understanding what you want, but also taking the time to help your hair be healthy! I went in after a haircut where my hair had been hacked at a bit, and she cut off all the damage/uneven cut for something beautiful! My kids also love her and have been seeing her since their first haircuts!
