10000/10. Where do I even begin!! I’ve never gotten my hair colored before by someone who is considered a “blonde specialist” and wow have I been missing out. Michaela is absolutely incredible. She did an excellent consultation with me and even took time to clarify some things I said before getting started. She was friendly, efficient, and a great conversationalist. But the kicker? The BEST head/scalp/neck massage of my life. I have never received that kind of service while getting my hair done before and let me tell you it’s a game changer.
