“Agnes is an amazing stylist! I've been going to her since 2014 and I haven't looked back.My hair has gone through the hair journey of reducing my relaxers over time, trying the Pravana treatment (similar to relaxers but lighter) so I can finally have the dark red in my hair I've wanted since I was child but couldn't because color + relaxers = bad news for hair, to ultimately the big chop in April 2018. It's been almost 6 years now since the big chop and I have amazing natural hair with color and my hair has never been healthier :)Agnes is not only someone who just does amazing work, but she also provides great advice and honesty for someone wanting to improve their hair by suggesting / providing products and letting you know what you can do outside of seeing her (which is half the battle). She also provides amazing support for someone who is transitioning from chemically processed hair to natural hair which can be difficult as one goes through that journey. I highly recommend her.“

“Absolutely fantastic and best Japanese Thermal Straightening process I have ever had. Ben knows what he is doing - I have gone to very high end salons and they do not even come close to the knowledge and service Ben provides. I have incredibly curly hair and all other salons processes only last 6-9 months, at Ben's it has lasted over a year, it may take a little more work to get straight but the fact I can get straight is impressive!!“
“Many different stylists have their own small places here. There is a comfortable waiting area. There's a bathroom although you'll need to ask your stylist for the code. It can be a little confusing figuring out how to get to the elevator that takes you to the second floor where Mosaic is, especially if you are coming from the street and not the parking garage.“
