“TDLR: Carly was great esthetician but went too hard on the extractions. I ended up getting a broken capillary in my nose and minor scarring. I should have spoken up when the extractions were too intense.

I booked Carly for a 90 minute facial. On my end, I was 20 minutes late after mixing up the time. Carly still took me and we did a 60 minute facial for the price of the 90 minute facial. Thought this was gracious of her given I was running quite late due to the mix up.

Once I arrived, Carly was very kind and we jumped into the facial. Unfortunately, when we went to extractions she mentionned it may be uncomfortable but these extractions hurt! Since I usually dont do extractions, I thought this was normal and didn’t speak up. I should have! I ended up going back to my regular esthetician afterwards even though she is in Seattle and she shared that I had some minor scarring and a broken capillary from the last time she saw me (month prior). My skin is sensitive so this may not happen to everyone, but I would caution that if the extractions are feeling too painful to speak up or for Carly to be a bit more gentle.“

I have been loving a blunt bob with some layers and every time the line is perfect. She pays attention to detail and is great at balancing my crazy thick hair. She gave me some curtain bangs today and just made me feel like a 10! If you have thick, straight hair and like to mess around with different shorter lengths I can't recommend her enough.“
