Urban float has been such an amazing experience for me. I have experienced the following wellness therapy: Halo, infrared sauna, red light, beamer, and compression. I made a decision that I want to concentrate on improving my body and mind. But I wanted to try something new and different. I found out about Urban Float after searching online for a salt cave with my sister, Brenda who lives in Ohio. She’s been going to a salt cave in Ohio. First, the staff is amazing! This facility has so much going for it. Some things I hadn't considered as part of a wellness routine until I learned about them here. And this is what makes Urban Float standout. Their staff members are more than willing to have you sample some of their products, and see what works for you. They are very knowledgeable and tell you the health benefits of each treatment. They are calm and professional. The facility is always clean and the flow pods are the best in the area. Give it a try!

I went on a whim and man am I glad I did. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. I signed up for monthly float and if it were closer to me I’d do it weekly. The facility is clean and staff is great.
