First and foremost I'd love to give 5 stars for my masseuse. Jo Lopez is amazing.

The atmosphere and hospitality when you are at the spa are impeccable. My struggle begins with my last visit. The receptionist was seemingly overwhelmed and didn't offer to book my next appointment. I completely understand, everyone has those days.

What is extremely frustrating about this scenario is that I am unable to book my next service. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get help regarding this. The online booking is completely broken and my calls and voicemails are never answered or returned. This has been going on literally for 3 weeks.

I saw Sara recently for a facial and was blown away! She asked me about my concerns and they were totally addressed during the facial. I really felt heard! I was so relaxed afterwards and she has such an amazing touch, she definitely knows what she is doing! She is also so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I immediately felt at ease! I highly reccomend booking a facial with her!
