Incredible hotel, with amazing views. The Point Ruston Area is the perfect location to relax and enjoy all the amenities of the Silver Cloud Hotel. The staff here are so hardworking and pay attention to every detail to make your stay perfect! Everyone is so kind and helpful,🤣 even with my crazy kids. Silver Cloud Hotel also gives back to local youth programs like Norpoint Soccer Club to keep them affordable for every child in the area. Shout out to Michelle Onufer for taking such good care of us! Here is a shot of my 3-year-old having a blast at the Spray Park right next to the hotel.
About Spa Serein at Point Ruston Waterfront
Spa Serein at Point Ruston Waterfront offers a tranquil atmosphere with attractive decor. The spa provides numerous samples, adding a pleasant touch. Visitors find the massage table's gadgets amusing. However, some guests feel the staff's attentiveness could improve, with experiences ranging from nice to rude. The spa has appealing aspects, but it may not fully meet expectations for a premium experience due to its limited amenities.
Guests praise the relaxing body wraps, accompanied by a light massage and full scalp massage. The scalp massage is described as intoxicating, with some visitors falling asleep during the treatment. Customers appreciate the well-stocked vanity and the high-quality products used and sold at the spa. The eucalyptus shower spray is a particular favorite.
While the setting is lovely and clean, some guests feel the massages are overpriced for the average experience provided. The staff is friendly, but a few customers have had disappointing nail services. Overall, Spa Serein offers a pleasant spa experience, though it may not fully meet the expectations of a premium establishment.
Reviews
We loves our staycation here! The spa was fabulous, the food and drinks at the hotel are great, and the atmosphere was amazing. Definitely recommend with or without kids.
Spa Serein is very nice. I've had two facials which were amazing and my boyfriend had a massage with Devanna that he said was the best massage he's ever had.
The rooms are so comfortable, restaurant and bar are great and the views are amazing.
