“I booked the Restore & Refresh Extended package at Blue Moon Massage & Wellness Spa in Gig Harbor, which included a one-hour massage and one-hour facial with Madeline. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm, friendly smile and escorted to a peaceful waiting area. I was offered tea or water while I waited, which was a lovely touch and immediately set the tone for a relaxing experience. The spa’s ambiance is warm, calming, and inviting.

My appointment began right on time, and Madeline was outstanding. During the massage, she expertly identified the areas that needed the most attention and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. The facial was pure bliss—thorough, relaxing, and incredibly rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed, deeply relaxed, and with a beautiful glow.

My 62 year old hair was permed and this last one was horrible. Alexis suggested a straight style. She tried my hair and styled it. I really like it. “Shannon was very kind and professional. My initial appointment went well, and I really liked how my lash extensions looked.

About a week later, Shannon followed up with me to ask how I was liking them. I let her know that I liked the look of the lashes, but felt they were shedding faster than expected. She was very understanding and offered to have me come back for another set at no charge.

At the follow-up appointment, she took the time to explain that oil or moisture may have contributed to the retention issue and adjusted the application to help the lashes last longer. The new set has been holding up much better so far.

“Went here today at 10am on a Thursday and got right in. Tiffany did my pedicure and Hana (her shirt said) did my gel manicure at the same time. My brought my toddler with me and they were very sweet with her. They have a pink kids pedicure station (we did not use but my daughter sat in this chair and loved it). Total time was around 40 minutes while they did pedicure/manicure at the same time. I noticed Tiffany used alcohol to clean up edges of toe nails which I appreciate this extra attention to detail in a clean finish. A woman Kristie I presume is owner, was very friendly and thankful.

Even though I had washed my hair beforehand, she insisted on doing a full wash and conditioning treatment taking her time to make it a truly relaxing experience.
