“I was super excited to come get my hair cut somewhere that had reasonable prices and friendly staff from phone call to book! I'm not sure if I just went on a bad day or it was very busy or overbooked, but my experience wasn't what I was looking for overall. I'm not very high maintenance with my hair, I just wanted my ends trimmed and we both decided on some simple framing around my jawline.

When I arrived, the space was cute. However I wasnt greeted for a while and it made me feel kind of awkward like I had my time wrong? I double check my appointment and I was at the right time. Both stylists were busy doing other ladies hair so I let it slide I just felt a bit uncomfortable. It wouldn't been nice to have been welcomed and expressed if I had to wait a bit which I was totally fine doing.

My hair stylist was very knowledgeable about hair I could tell she knew what worked best for people and what didn't. We had a lovely conversation once I was taken in which was about 30/45 minutes past my appointment time. However, I received a dry cut and was too embarrassed to ask why my hair didn't get washed. Because of this, I've been dealing with two large chunks of one inch long hair trying to grow it out at my temples and the rest of my hair is long so this made me really sad.

I wouldn't want anyone to review a business of mine poorly with a bad star rating, but I feel like I was taken in when they were over booked or something because they have amazing reviews! And if you don't want uneven hair cut length please be vocal about getting your hair washed. A dry cut for long hair has only ever given me the same uneven results before.

Unfortunately I will be looking for another hair salon. I really wish this place could have worked out but hopefully other people don't have the same experience. Maybe it was a fluke, and again they were very friendly lovely people so this has zero reflection on how I was treated as a customer.“

“I had a great experience. I was really scared but I wanted to go somewhere affordable with walk in availability. So I came here. Got seated immediately. I went for a pretty bold haircut in my opinion. Bangs (didn’t have them but wanted them done), some layers, and a small trim. I wish I could remember the woman’s name that cut my hair. She was a smaller Asian woman with black hair. I loved her. She got the job done beautifully. It’s been a couple days with my new hair now and I’m very happy with the result.“
