I was super excited to come get my hair cut somewhere that had reasonable prices and friendly staff from phone call to book! I'm not sure if I just went on a bad day or it was very busy or overbooked, but my experience wasn't what I was looking for overall. I'm not very high maintenance with my hair, I just wanted my ends trimmed and we both decided on some simple framing around my jawline.
When I arrived, the space was cute. However I wasnt greeted for a while and it made me feel kind of awkward like I had my time wrong? I double check my appointment and I was at the right time.
