I have been to dozens of Hairmasters in my life as my job requires me to travel a lot. The Spanaway location is by far the best one I have ever been to. Every associate is welcoming, considerate, kind, thoughtful, and very appreciative of my business. I truly love this team, they always take such good care of me.! Just met Manager Glendall/ maybe Chendall, she was so pleasant like the rest of the team. 10 stars from me; there is a barber shop in the parking lot of my workplace and I still choose to drive here! I was visiting from out of state and scheduled with the manager Shane for a haircut and root touch up and highlights! Shane did a great job, talking to me about what hair products I should use. She was friendly and outgoing. After talking about what I wanted and having Shane give me her recommendations, my hair came out great! Thanks for your professionalism!
