I have been going to Great Clips for 15+ years. I have been to more than half a dozen different ones. Only once did I get a cut that dissatisfied me in all those years and different salons. I don't remember her name but the lady I dealt with on this visit had to deal with something completely different. She was sympathetic, gentle, and amazing. She smiled and joked with us. I would recommend her any day.
