Our vet visit was excellent today (except of course... puppy shots hurt) Tracy was so great with Sassy and the pretty girl at the front desk was friendly and responsive. Now I feel bad that I said anything negative before.
Dr. Watson is the best veterinarian in the whole wide world! She cares immensely for her patients and clients and goes above and beyond for them. She doesn't just assume the issue and send you on your way, she does whatever she can to figure out what is wrong with your pet and even puts in effort around the clock. Best staff in the industry, they are all so helpful and caring and remember you every time you walk in. My pups have visited Dr. Watson from birth to present and LOVE it here and always feel safe. Highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone in the Tri-Cities area.
Everyone is SOOO helpful and kind! I have a 4 pound Yorkie named Harley (my first dog)...and the whole team has been very supportive and informative! The receptionist Hannah needs a raise for putting up with all my calls and questions!! Dr. Watson has been so helpful!! The whole team treats Harley like their own!!
