“My dog had emergency surgery elsewhere over the weekend and I did his follow up care today with Pet Medical Center and the experience was amazing. The tech, Heather, and Dr. Kontogianis made me feel seen and heard and genuinely cared for. After a such a scary experience and a nerve wracking healing process after this surgery, having knowledgeable and caring providers be there for you is so valuable. Every concern was met with a clear plan and I feel confident leaving this appointment that we are headed in the right direction in his healing process. I also needed to purchase some food there and LJ was so helpful and walked with my dog around the store while I checked out to make things easier for me.
