From our first conversation, Jake was clear, prompt, and positive. He communicated every step in plain language and never left us guessing. When a few hiccups came up (as they do with any construction project), Jake promptly looped in his boss and got things moving with my builder’s warranty team to get things resolved quickly. It was a pleasure working with Jake and Kristen (new owner). I was referred to WB Flooring by our neighbor who was happy with their new carpet. We obtained a few quotes to redo the carpet in our home. The price from WB Flooring was very competitive, and we decided to go with WB. I visited the show room in Redmond and was impressed to see all the options. Jake and Kristen were very knowledgeable about interior design, and they patiently walked me through the different options and provided samples. We have used WB flooring for many projects. New LVP flooring, Carpet and Tile. The Staff at WB has been a dream to work with. So helpful and professional. All of our projects were done on time and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this company.
